WEIGHING AND DOSING LINE FOR NUT PRODUCTS
A BRC and IFS-certified snack producer who places great importance on innovation and who supplies customised food products for various clients throughout Europe, commissioned us to design and manufacture a weighing and dosing line for the filling of tubs with nut-related products.
A lift tipper lifts a filled container onto the shaker conveyor and deposits approximate doses of the product. The shaker conveyor replenishes the buffer funnel of the multi-head weighing machine, which then fills the tubs with pre-weighed portions.
This stainless steel installation has been efficiently assembled on a platform, also made entirely from stainless steel.
